Gongli Machinery (Taizhou) Co., Ltd. is a machining workshop based in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou, Zhejiang. Since 2009 we have produced hydraulic quick couplers, tractor hydraulic fittings, hose adapters and PTO drive parts for agricultural machinery, construction equipment and municipal vehicles.
We run CNC turning and milling centres, thread rolling, heat treatment and trivalent zinc plating in-house, with inspecting equipment covering hardness, thread gauge and pressure test. Our team handles both catalogue parts and drawings supplied by customers.
We supply importers, agricultural machinery dealers, repair workshops and OEM assembly lines. English-language technical support and dimensional drawings are available for every part we ship.
Quality control
Every batch is checked before packing.
Incoming material
Steel grade and hardness verified on arrival, traceable to the mill certificate.
In-process
First-article inspection on each run, with thread gauges checked at fixed intervals.
Pressure test
Couplers hydrostatically tested to rated working pressure, with sampling on burst.
Before packing
Visual inspection for plating defects, seal seating and marking, then packed with caps fitted.
